The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is considering a proposal from the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority and the Northern Kentucky Port Authority to re-designate the statistical boundaries of the Port of Cincinnati. This proposed re-designation will more accurately document the economic impact of river shipments in the Cincinnati region by modifying how the USACE collects, compiles, and publishes waterborne commerce data for the port. |
