The National Freight Advisory Committee (NFAC) has named Illinois Department of Transportation Secretary Ann Schneider as its Chair. NFAC was created under MAP-21 and serves as an advisory committee to provide recommendations on how the United State Department of Transportation can better its freight transportation policies and programs. |
