The commercial real estate firm Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis' (CBRE) research found that warehouse transactions involving large retailers and wholesalers set a record on a square footage basis for a second straight year in 2021. The top five North American markets were Chicago, the Inland Empire, Southern New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Northern/Central New Jersey. |
