The objective of this project is to develop a concept and proposal for deploying and assessing a commercial truck platoon system. Three teams, Battelle, California PATH, and CDM Smith, partnered with the U.S. Department of Transportation in this effort. The purpose of the report is to summarize the key performance measures for operational testing (or Phase 2). |
