The compliance date of the December 8, 2016 rule "Minimum Training Requirements for Entry-Level Commercial Motor Vehicle Operators" has been extended from February 7, 2020 to February 7, 2022. The extension provides the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration more time to complete the development of the Training Provider Registry (TPR). |
