For the 15th year in a row, the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI) surveyed more than 2,000 motor carriers and commercial drivers to determine the top issues facing the industry for their Critical Issues in the Trucking Industry report. For the third year, driver shortage ranked as the number one issue, followed by Hours-of-Service rules and Driver Compensation. In addition to the survey results, the report includes prioritized strategies for addressing each issue. |
