This is the second report of the Transportation Research Board (TRB) Truck Size and Weight Limits Research Plan Committee. The committee was formed as a result of the Comprehensive Truck Size and Weight Limits Study conducted by the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) in 2016. This report presents the 27 research projects the committee identified. For each project, the report provides a problem statement, the relationship to the committee's objective, possible research approaches, and anticipated duration and cost. |
