According to the 32nd Council of Supply Chain Management's (CSCMP's) Annual State of Logistics Report, United States businesses' costs decreased 4% year-over-year. By contrast, transportation costs increased 0.8% year-over-year, which was less than the 4.7% growth in 2019.
