Report to Congress - Project Information and Program RecommendationsThis Report to Congress was submitted on April 30, 2009, in accordance with the requirements of Section 1306 of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU). Section 1306(f) requires the Secretary of Transportation to submit a report to Congress on the results of the pilot program, not later than 3 years after the date of enactment of SAFETEA-LU.
