Knowledge and Technology Transfer
One of the core elements of the program involves a sustained outreach and stakeholder engagement effort to communicate the program vision, goals, and research results to build awareness and expertise in State and Local agencies to adopt a more active approach to system operations. This track focuses on the Knowledge and Technology Transfer (KTT) activities and is intended to reach a diverse set of stakeholders with guidance, technical tools, technical assistance, and peer exchanges necessary to grow awareness, build awareness, equip practitioners, and encourage deployment and capability maturity.
