This primer was developed to help State DOTs, MPOs, and regional operations organizations consider the key elements of TSMO program planning and enhance their TSMO capabilities. National Operations Center of Excellence Case Studies

Beginning in 2018, the National Operations Center of Excellence (NOCoE) initiated TSMO Awards to celebrate TSMO successes and to showcase agency practices.
