Long Description: Figure 14. Comparison of Flexural Rating Factors for All Bridges (Compared with 3-S2)

Scatter plots were constructed to investigate the comparative rating results from the control vehicles (3-S2 and 2-S1-2) and the alternative truck configurations, where the 3-S2 control vehicle was compared with Scenarios 1, 2 and 3, and the 2-S1-2 control vehicle was compared with Scenarios 4, 5 and 6. These comparisons are shown in Figure 14 through Figure 17 for all bridges in the sample database.
