Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) is currently investigating improvements to the Winona-area freight industry as a part of a six-part series of studies to determine what commodities are heavily transported in each Minnesota region as well as involve freight-dependent business owners to better gauge industry needs. Findings from the Winona-area study are scheduled for release in July 2012. |
