E-tool for Business Processes to Improve Travel Time Reliability

The second Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP 2) Reliability Project developed the software titled E-tool for Business Processes to Improve Travel Time Reliability (SHRP-2 LE-34 e-Tool). The Federal Highway Administration supports this E-Tool to assist transportation agencies when evaluating their key business processes to improve travel time reliability.
