Urban Congestion Reports for October-December 2014 and January-March 2015 Available

The Urban Congestion Report (UCR) program has been restarted using travel time data from the National Performance Management Research Data Set (NPMRDS) to develop congestion and reliability measures in the 52 largest (by population) urban areas in the United States. Quarterly UCR reports, which compare quarterly measures with those from the prior year, are available for October-December 2014 and January-March 2015.
