Implementation of a Weather Responsive Traffic Estimation and Prediction System (TrEPS) for Signal Timing at Utah DOT

This study successfully demonstrates a working TrEPS system installed at the UDOT Traffic Management Center and leverages the existing traffic detection installation to extract real-time traffic state variables as a real-time input to the system.
