2023 Urban Congestion Trends Report

The 2023 Urban Congestion Trends report is now available. It includes congestion and reliability measure trends in the 52 largest urban areas in the United States from 2022 to 2023, along with information on data tools for work zones and a case study for hard shoulder running in Washington State.
