Talking Freight Webinar for September 19, 2018: Using Benefit Cost Analysis and the TOPS-BC for Evaluating Freight and Transportation Systems Management and Operations Strategies

This webinar will discuss the benefits of applying BCA to freight projects, including the recently added freight strategies for truck-only lanes, commercial motor vehicle compliance, truck parking information systems, and truck climbing lanes. The webinar will also provide an overview and tutorial on the TOPS-BC tool, and discuss how TOPS-BC could potentially be used to conduct BCA on TSMO or TSMO-related projects, included some freight-focused projects.
