Graph shows the increases in mean score in 2008 over the baseline for traveler information. For the merge/integrate data from multiple sources category, the mean score increased from 1.67 to 2.53. For the real-time motorist information category, the mean score increased from 1.9 to 2.82. For the provide motorists travel time estimates category, the mean score increased from 0.99 to 1.98.
