Graph shows the increases in mean score in 2008 over the baseline for transportation management systems. For the use TMC to coordinate incident notification and response category, the mean score increased from 1.98 to 2.63. For the technical infrastructure for surveillance and rapid detection category, the mean score increased from 1.88 to 2.50. For the policies for traffic management during an incident category, the mean score increased from 1.55 to 1.92.
