The star topology shows eight disks, representing networks, in a circular design connected to a larger central disk by straight lines.
The decentralized bus topology shows three equally spaced disk connected by straight lines to a perpendicular baseline.
The centralized bus topology shows three equally spaced disks between two parallel lines and connected to them by straight lines on both sides of the circles.
The centralized control ring topology shows four disks equally spaced outside a circle and connected to it by straight lines. A larger disk is shown superimposed on the circle between two of the smaller disks.
