The photograph shows vertical deflection of an outside bridge beam. The photograph is a zoomed-in picture. One can see a 50 mph speed limit sign. There is a truck and police vehicle on the opposite side of the bridge from where the deflection is taking place. Above the deflection is an arrow board that is not working. The bridge has concrete columns and steel girders.
