Figure 4

Figure 4 appears in the Operations section of the page. The figure has two parts. In the left half of the picture, there appears a map of downtown Detroit from Interstate 94 to the north and the Detroit River to the south. The map highlights in dark grey the construction zone and in white the detour route. The right half of the picture includes a table of Current Detours. The Michigan DOT provided this information to travelers on its Fix Detroit 6 website. The text reads:

Complete Closure: M-10 LODGE FRWY. BETWEEN I-75 AND COBO HALL IS NOW COMPLETELY CLOSED
Northbound: Jefferson Ave. to N-375 to southbound I-75 to northbound M-10 Lodge Freeway.
Southbound: North I-75 to south I-375 to Jefferson Ave.
Time Span: Construction begins July 2002 Completion October 2002
Details: Total reconstruction of 1.1 miles of north and southbound M-10 (Lodge Freeway), from I-75 to Griswold Street in Detroit
