Adverse Weather Traffic Signal Timing

Abstract:

Study conducted for Minnesota DOT to determine the impact of bad weather on a coordinated signal system (three-mile section of Trunk Highway 36 with five signals) and to determine if it would be beneficial to develop timing plans to accommodate adverse weather conditions.
