Abstract:

This is the second of two white papers written for the "ATIS Data Gap" workshop with the objective of providing insights from MMDI Customer Satisfaction ATIS evaluations and other USDOT-sponsored ATIS research. The paper synthesizes findings from research and evaluations dating back to 1996, including several field operational tests.
