Title:

Including Weather Condition Factors in the Analysis on the Highway Capacity

Abstract:

This paper shows the analysis by modeling on the highway capacity considering the road structure and weather condition. The data on traffic count and the volume of precipitation were used for modeling. From the modeling estimation results, the significant differences of the road capacity with the different weather conditions as well as the effect of permeable pavement are shown.
