This figure shows an example of the form (page 1) the Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) uses to report monthly incident management performance.

On page 1 of the report, incidents are categorized by responder, average minutes to response (i.e., the time the Traffic Management Center was notified of an incident to the time the responder arrived on the scene), and count of responses. Types of responders include ambulance, city police, C.V. inspector, coroner, ESS, fire, helicopter, highway helper, maintenance, media, motorist assist, sheriff, state patrol trooper, and tow.
