This figure shows an example of the form the Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) uses to report daily incident management performance.

On the report, incidents are categorized according to the time in which the incidents occurred: AM peak (5:30-9:00 am), off peak (9:00 am.-3:00 pm), PM peak (3:00 pm-7:00 pm), and evening (7:00 pm- 8:30 pm). The number of incidents, number of vehicles, and number of blocking incidents are recorded for each type of incident. Types of incidents include crash, spinout, stall, unoccupied stall, debris on road, and rollover.
