Graph shows the increases in mean score in 2008 over the baseline for procedures for major incidents. In the area of criteria for defining major incidents, the mean score increased from 1.66 to 2.52; for major incident response team, the score increased from 2.90 to 3.16; for pre-identified contact list of resources, the score increased from 2.86 to 3.20; and for periodic review of progress, the score increased from 2.21 to 2.70.
