Figure 3 is a graphic of the status of Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission transportation indicators. There are 12 indicators in total. The measurement graphic against each indicator is a semi-circle divided into five equal parts starting from red on the left to orange, yellow, light green, and dark green with an arrow indicating a specific color. Red indicates most negative and moving clockwise to green indicates most positive. The first indicator, are people driving less has the arrow in the center of the semi-circle on yellow. The second indicator, is ridership decreasing, has its arrow in the center of dark green. The third indicator, have vehicle fatalities declined, has its arrow in the center of dark green. The forth indicator, is congestion getting worse has no arrow since the data is incomplete. The fifth indicator, are fewer people driving to work alone, as the arrow in the middle of red. The sixth indicator is commute time increasing has no arrow since the data is incomplete. The seventh indicator has the number of deficient bridges in need of rehabilitation or replacement decreased, has its arrow in the middle of red. The eighth indicator, are roads better maintained has it arrow in the middle of orange. The ninth indicator, is the transit system being maintained, has no arrow since the data is incomplete. The tenth indicator, is tip investment in plan centers increasing, has it arrow in the middle of light green. The eleventh indicator, are freight shipments to the region increasing, has no arrow since the data is incomplete. And the last indicator, is passenger traffic at PHL increasing, the arrow is at the center of yellow.
