Figure 79 is a line graph showing the cumulative network delays considering construction duration. The horizontal axis represents the time of day (0 to 24 hours), and the vertical axis represents the cumulative network delays (in vehicle-hours). There are different curves for the following scenarios: no closure, partial and full closures. The no closure is expected to have the longest construction duration at 16 months. The partial and full closures scenarios are assumed to take 8 and 4 months, respectively.
