Figure 76 is a line graph showing the average number of vehicles across the network for all scenarios. The horizontal axis represents the time of day (0 to 24 hours), and the vertical axis represents the average number of vehicles. There are different curves for the following scenarios: Base, no closure, partial and full closures. The AM and PM peaks are reflected by peaks in the average number of vehicles (mostly significant in the PM peak period).
