This figure illustrates a key metric for this study. Person throughput is displayed on a bar chart for K Street westbound from Connecticut Avenue to 18th Street. The results are based on several different scenarios labeled A through F. The y-axis has 3 points of measure labeled 0, 2500, and 5000; the x-axis has a bar for each of the letters A-F. Alternative A shows a person throughput of approximately 1250, while B, C, D, and F are all showing values around 4500. Alternative E is slightly lower at approximately 3300. This graph is a general representation of the person throughput metric as used in the analysis.
