This graph shows participants' responses to the question "Do You Plan to Change Anything as a Result of This Meeting?" as well as the types of participants. Those responding "yes" included 82 percent from state DOTs, 100 percent from FHWA headquarters, 95 percent from FHWA field offices, 100 percent from the private sector, and 100 percent from MPO and local offices. Those responding "no" included 18 percent from state DOTs and 5 percent from FHWA field offices.
