This graph shows participants' responses to the question "Do You Plan to Continue the Work You Started on the National Freight Policy Framework?" as well as the types of participant. Those responding "yes" included 57 percent from state DOTs, 100 percent from FHWA headquarters, 61 percent from FHWA field offices, 80 percent from the private sector, and 80 percent from MPO and local offices. Those responding "no" included 3 percent from FHWA state DOTs and 20 percent from MPO and local offices. Those responding "somewhat" included 40 percent from state DOTs, 39 percent from FHWA field offices, and 20 percent from the private sector.
