| The FPD Web site provides the latest information on freight transportation in an easy-to-use format. Designed to build the knowledge base of freight transportation and planning professionals, the Web site includes information on training and educational opportunities, a database of freight transportation reports and other resources, and links to other useful Web sites. The design and content of the FPD Web site are based on customer input received during a series of customer focus group meetings held by the Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA's) Office of Freight Management and Operations.
