Description of Figure 3-8. Richmond Trouble Report Form

This figure is a picture of the trouble report form used by the Richmond Smart Traffic Center. The software CM plan for the STC requires that this form be filled out when a system user identifies a problem or to recommend enhancements. This form requires information about the nature of the change request, such as reasons and subsystems that the change may involve.
