This figure shows the organizational structure of the SCPC CM Subcommittee as outlined in the Southern California Priority Corridor Configuration Management Plan.

A Configuration Management Facilitator reports directly to the CMS Chairperson.

Five managers report to the CMS Chairperson:

1. CM Quality Assurance
2. Corridor Project Director
3. Configuration Management Technical Team Chairperson
4. Regional Representative(s)
5. Affected Development Team Agency Project Manager and Key Staff (one or more)

The Developer(s) Project Manager and Key Staff report to that Affected Development Team Agency Project Manager.
