9 – Traffic signal timing/arterial operations engineers
6 – Traffic signal/ITS design engineers

Redacted staff, the project partners and consultants are shown. It is noted that the University of Washington will be brought on to support data management and evaluation. They are involved with and understand the Trusted Data Collaborative, and will support SDOT and FHWA in managing the data needed for the evaluation in that environment. They will also be able to provide a third-party independent viewpoint in the evaluation phase.
