The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation District 6-0 submits the following application for consideration for the Advanced Transportation and Congestion Management Technologies Deployment initiative. The following application will advance the region's vision for a multi-modal smart corridor that improves traffic flow and safety by integrating the region's Advanced Transportation Management infrastructure in addition to deploying new infrastructure.
