Staffing Description
Staff members that will be managing this project bring several years of combined experience in agency program management, innovative technology programs, multi-agency partnering, and local leadership.
There is an established AZTech Partnership and organizational structure in place for more than 20 years, and this history of multi-agency collaboration and consensus building will make the Loop 101 Partnership a success. The partners will implement a specific plan for engaging the private sector and other agencies in the region through on-call contracts and the data procurement contract that is in progress in the region. They will also be promoting public education and awareness throughout the project duration with support from communications and public outreach staff. There are processes established through the AZTech organization for decision-making and conflict resolution that will be applied to this Loop 101 Mobility Project. The Loop 101 Mobility Partners organization chart is shown in the organization chart below. The organization will include an Executive Governance Team, Program Administration Team, Project Management Team, and a Technical Team. These are described in more detail in the organization chart on Page 29. Full resumes for key staff are included as an Attachment to this proposal.
