Description of Figure 5-2

This figure indicates the typical flow process when dealing with a responsive maintenance activity. The flow process of dealing with a Responsive Maintenance Activity begins with one of 5 possible things. These are a Central Software Report, a Maintenance Crew Call-in, a Public Call-in, an Agency Staff Call-in, or a Radio Dispatch Report. From this, the Operator Opens a Trouble Report. The Trouble report leads to "Assigning a Response to Contractor or Agency Staff. The subsequent step then is for the "Responder to Inform Operator of Work Being Done." A verification of the work being completed must be made, then the Trouble Report is updated to include the change.
