An organizational chart showing where the Office of Operations fits within the Federal Highway Administration hierarchy.

The Office of Operations falls under the Executive Director for the Federal Highway Administrator (The Federal Highway Administrator is at the top of the organization chart, followed by the Deputy Administrator, and then Executive Director).

The Operations Support team, led by a Team Leader, also falls directly under the Executive Director.

Three program offices are shown under the Office of Operations: Office of Freight Management and Operations, Office of Transportation Management, and Office of Transportation Operations.

All offices are located in Washington, D.C.

To the right of the Office of Operations is an organization chart for the FHWA Resource Centers. The Office of Operations Technical Service Team falls under the FHWA Resource Centers.

To the right of the Technical Services Team is an organization chart for the Office of Operations Research and Development. Two teams fall under the Office of Operations Research and Development, the Enabling Technologies Team and the Travel Management Team.
