Advanced Collision Warning System for the Roadview Snowplow Driver Assistance System

Abstract:

Research program conducted in California and Arizona on Advanced Snowplow with multi-lane, radar-based Advanced Collision Warning system (using Eaton Vorad EVT-200 radar) and magnetic Lateral Sensing System for use in low visibility conditions. A visual display (HMI) provides two-dimensional driver assistance information.
