Once the program is developed and ready to start, you will need to inform employees. Use employer newsletters, bulletin boards, email and other internal communications methods to raise awareness about the program. Let employees know what their commuting options are, what assistance is available, and how they benefit from participating. Offer give-aways for new participants and rewards for those who continue to participate. Promotion of the program is an on-going effort. So try new activities and messages so that employees don't forget about their options.
