The Commuter Choice Decision Support System (CCDSS) was developed for the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) by SAIC and ICF Consulting, with assistance from Watts Works Consulting Michael Baker Jr., Inc. and Eric Schreffler Transportation Consultants (ESTC). The CCDSS was inspired by a similar Toolkit for Mobility Management in Companies developed by a Belgian led consortium comprised of Traject vc, FGM-AMOR, the Leeds City Council, TC&O, VIA and Studio Ripamonti for the European Commission’s SAVE project.
