The Transportation Research Board has published a joint National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) and National Cooperative Freight Research Program (NCFRP) report entitled Freight Trip Generation and Land Use. This report highlights the link between freight trip generation and land use. Further, researchers have consolidated several freight trip generation models in an electronic database available through the project's web site. |
