The Transportation Research Board's (TRB) Cooperative Freight Research Program (NCFRP) has published Report 16: Preserving and Protecting Freight Infrastructure and Routes. The report provides decision makers guidance on how to avoid or mitigate conflicting land use issues as related to freight transportation. In addition, EnvisionFreight.com has been developed as part of this effort to complement the report and provide more detailed material which was not included in the report. |
