Worker Visibility - Interim Final Rule Adopted as Final

Description:	On November 24, 2008, the Interim Final Rule revising the Worker Visibility rule (23 CFR 634) was issued to create a certain exemption for the firefighting community. The FHWA decided to issue this interim final rule to address safety concerns raised by fire fighting community. The FHWA has addressed the comments submitted to the Interim Final Rule and issued the Final Rule (74 FR 28160) on June 15, 2009.
