Talking Freight Seminar on June 18, 2014: Understanding Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Companies and What They Do

This webinar will provide insight into how 3PLs work with their manufacturer, retailer, and/or freight carrier customers to enhance those companies' operations by providing knowledge and expertise those companies do not have internally. It will also examine how 3PLs often differ from one another by focusing on different facets of supply chain management, including firms that provide more strategic, consulting-oriented services that are sometimes called 4PLs, or fourth-party logistics firms.
